OCTOPUS CIRCLE MACHINE model P.2.V.P.A.S.

The function of the Octopus P.2.V.P.A.S. strapping machine consists in the automated operations of vertical strapping and pressing of cardboard or paper pallets of all dimensions.

• PET or PP strap dimensions: 8 to 16 mm
• Controlled strap tension
• Welding by thermo-fusion
• Centralized lubrication
• Blowing device integrated in the strapping head
• 1 main frame to support the strapping head
• 1 lifting and lowering device for the strapping head
• Anti-fall system of the mobile part (personnel protection)
• 1 advancement device for the strapping head
• 1 fixed tunnel
• 1 electrical cabinet with PLC and dialogue terminal
• 1 standard or Jumbo dispenser
• OPTIONS : Frontal jogging / Lateral jogging
