For more efficiency, we also have the possibility to exchange by videotelephone with your technician.

Moreover, with the help of a remote connection module, we can modify all the PLC and drive parameters.

Concerning the maintenance of your OCTOPUS strapping machine :

Our technician can intervene on the spot, but you can also send us your ring machine so that the revision after quotation is done in our workshops. We can establish an annual maintenance plan adapted to your use of the strapping machine.

Regarding the maintenance of your strapping machine:

We provide you with a detailed maintenance manual including spare parts breakdowns.

Our team of the spare parts/shipping store is at your disposal to answer your requests.

A support service:

To better support you, we have created our TRAINING certified QUALIOPI.

We provide 2 training modules: TECHNICIAN and OPERATOR.
