OCTOPUS STRAPPING MACHINE P.R.V.T.C.

The function of the Octopus P.R.V.T.C. strapping machine consists in the automated operation of VERTICAL strapping of pallets of boards.

• 1 P200TC strapping head for polypropylene or polyester strap
• PET or PP strap dimensions: 8 to 16 mm
• Automatic use in vertical strapping with thermo-fusion welding on the top of the product
• Controlled strap tension
• Welding by thermo-fusion
• Centralized lubrication
• Blowing device integrated in the strapping head
• 1 main frame support up and down
• 1 frame for raising and lowering the strapping head
• 2 straight steel profile tunnel parts with movable flaps
• 1 pusher and elevator for the boards under the package
• 1 adjustable manual board loader
• 1 electrical cabinet with PLC and dialogue terminal
• 1 standard or Jumbo dispenser
